        13 – 16 points : the minimum range

        17 – 19 points : the invitational range

        20 – 22 points : the game range

B.      Raising the responder’s suit

1.      13 – 16 points with at least four trumps : raise to two level

2.      On rare occasions, it may be necessary to raise with three strong trumps
